Just hold on, that’s good enough for today and tomorrow if need be. Take a breath and stop trying so hard. You are ok, and this will pass, whatever it is that’s weighing you down.

Whatever is going on in your life right now, remember, He is with you; the God of the universe is holding you in the palm of His hand. You don’t have to be afraid; you don’t have to try so hard. Let Him hold you in the questions you have, in the darkness you’re facing, and in the constant unknown. You don’t need to know what He is doing, because you know who He is. Just hold on.
He has been where you are right now and into the future which you can’t see. He isn’t afraid or unprepared. He is El Roi, the God who sees. He sees you dear one; He knows your heart. He is ok with you just letting go and holding on.
There are always battles to be fought, and sometimes the best strategy is to be still and just hold on
